Do your stock flags come with poles or hardware?

Stock flags are sold without poles or hardware. Poles and accessories can be purchased separately if available.

Can I request a custom color or modification to a stock flag?

Stock flags are pre-made and ready to ship, so modifications aren’t available. If you’d like a specific color change or design change, please contact us and we will work with you on the new custom flag. Your artwork would then be printed as a custom flag which you can order through the UPLOAD YOUR OWN ARTWORK listing.

Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast shipping, so cancellations or changes may not be possible once production or packaging has begun. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

What is your return policy on stock flags?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items not returned within this period are considered final. Exchanges are not accepted, and all returns must be in new, unworn condition. Please contact us before sending any items back.

How do I report a discrepancy or issue with my order?

Any discrepancies such as missing, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within 10 days of receiving your order. After this period, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Reach out to our team for assistance before returning your item.

What if I received the wrong item or size?

If the wrong item or size was received, please return the incorrect item and place a new order for the correct one. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a refund for the original purchase.

Are shipping charges refundable?

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the merchandise is found to be defective or the incorrect shipment was the result of a manufacturing or fulfillment error.

What condition do items need to be in to qualify for a return?

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition. Items showing signs of use or alteration will not be accepted for return.
