MADE TO ORDER IN THE USA

Every vinyl banner is printed and finished in the USA with attention to detail and quality control. From production to packaging, each order is handled with care to ensure a professional result.

Do you accept refunds on custom orders?

We do not accept refunds on custom items as they are made to order based on the specifications you provide. This includes the artwork, text, and size. Please double-check your files and size selections before submitting your order to ensure everything is accurate.

What if the quality of the print or cutting is not as expected?

If you notice issues such as incorrect cutting or strange print marks on your custom item, please reach out to us with clear photos of the issue. We'll review the problem and work with you to offer replacement or correction options.

How can I ensure my artwork is high-quality for printing?

To ensure your artwork prints clearly, we recommend submitting files in high resolution (at least 300 DPI). Avoid low-quality images, pixelated artwork, or blurry designs. If you're unsure about your file, feel free to contact us before placing your order for guidance.

Can I change my custom order after it’s been submitted?

Once your custom order has been submitted and processed, we begin production immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to the design, size, or artwork after submission. Please double-check all details before confirming your order.

How do I track my order?

Once your custom item is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number provided to monitor your package’s delivery status.

Can I cancel my custom order?

Custom orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery, so we usually cannot accept cancellations once an order has been placed. There are rare instances where your timing is good, and we may be able to cancel it. Contact us with your order number and we will be able to advise you.

At Pro-Graphx, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom products. As each item is made specifically to your specifications, we do not accept refunds on custom orders. We print and cut exactly as you provide us, including images, text, and size selections.

ARTWORK & SIZE
Please ensure that the artwork and file you submit is of high quality and meets the required specifications for print. If the image quality is poor or unreadable, it may result in an unsatisfactory print, which is due to the artwork or size selected by you.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If there are issues with the cutting of your item or if you notice any unusual print marks, please reach out to us immediately. We will gladly assist you by reviewing photos of the issue and discussing potential replacement or correction options.
