How It Works

Enter Your Dimensions
Provide the final size you’d like your MDF piece to be cut to. This helps us scale your file correctly and prepare your quote.
Choose Your Thickness
Select either 3mm (1/8") or 6mm (1/4") MDF depending on the needs of your project.
Upload Your Cut Path
Upload your file in one of our accepted vector formats: SVG, PDF, or AI. Your file should include the cut path or shape outline you want us to produce. If you need help converting your file, we can assist for a small fee.
Submit the Quote Request Form
Once you've completed the above steps, submit the quote request form. Our team will review your submission and follow up with your pricing and estimated production timeline.

Do you accept refunds on custom orders?

We do not accept refunds on custom items as they are made to order based on the specifications you provide. This includes the artwork, text, and size. Please double-check your files and size selections before submitting your order to ensure everything is accurate.

What if the quality of the print is not as expected?

If you notice issues such as an incorrect shape or strange print marks on your custom item, please reach out to us with clear photos of the issue. We'll review the problem and work with you to offer replacement or correction options. We do NOT offer refunds for low quality artwork. What you submit is what we print.

How can I ensure my artwork is high-quality for printing?

To ensure your artwork prints clearly, we recommend submitting files in high resolution (at least 300 DPI). Avoid low-quality images, pixelated artwork, or blurry designs. If you're unsure about your file, feel free to contact us before placing your order for guidance.

Can I change my custom order after it’s been submitted?

Once your custom order has been submitted and processed, we begin production immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to the design, size, or artwork after submission. Please double-check all details before confirming your order.

How do I track my order?

Once your custom item is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number provided to monitor your package’s delivery status.

Can I cancel my custom order?

Custom orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery, so we usually cannot accept cancellations once an order has been placed. There are rare instances where your timing is good, and we may be able to cancel it. Contact us with your order number and we will be able to advise you.
