Do you accept refunds on custom orders?
We do not accept refunds on custom items as they are made to order based on the specifications you provide. If there is an error that differes from your inputted selections, then we will replace the item at no charge to you.
What if the quality of the print or cutting is not as expected?
If you notice issues such as incorrect cutting or strange print marks on your custom item, please reach out to us with clear photos of the issue. We'll review the problem and work with you to offer replacement or correction options.
Can I change my custom order after it’s been submitted?
Once your custom order has been submitted and processed, we begin production immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to the design, size, or artwork after submission. Please double-check all details before confirming your order.
How do I track my order?
Once your custom item is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number provided to monitor your package’s delivery status.
Can I cancel my custom order?
Custom orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery, so we usually cannot accept cancellations once an order has been placed. There are rare instances where your timing is good, and we may be able to cancel it. Contact us with your order number and we will be able to advise you.

At Pro-Graphx, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom products. As each item is made exactly to your specifications, we do not accept refunds on custom orders. We create and print the artwork exactly as you provide us, including images, text, and size selections.

 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If there are issues with the cutting of your item or if you notice any unusual print marks, please reach out to us immediately. We will gladly assist you by reviewing photos of the issue and discussing potential replacement or correction options.
